As this title is no longer time based, why do you want a timer? And yes, it as been suggested many times before.

Kinda pointless now that the drunk points are awarded upon consumption and there's no waiting involved anymore. The only reason people need to keep track of their level of intoxication now is when running Drunken Master - and ya can't to that in an outpost.

Please read, OP doesn't want to waste money, and maybe use for special SC build.

Did you just come back to the game?

http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Feedback:Game_updates

Please look under the Thursday, March 3rd, 2011 update.
Specifically the section about the changes to the drunkard title.

Now if your like me and run Drunken Master and can no longer keep track by checking your title (which is pointless since you say you already maxed it) just open up Nilator's lovely link there.

use 5 min of booze at a time and pop an egg at the same time whent he egg runs out so does your drunkness (the full 5 min counts if your just using it for skills)

but it would be nice to have a timer so you have another way of knowing when your not drunk other than your skill needing it to stop working

The only thing that I'd like for booze now is for the 1-point drinks to last 10 minutes, and for the 3-point drinks to last 30, so you don't need so many, and to drink so often when you are using them with skills.
